Kirk — The
Building Inspector came by last Monday to check over the job that your team did
on our siding, soffet, fascia, and gutters. When he was done, he made a point
to knock on the door and talk to us - to advise us that your workmanship was
among the best that he had ever seen. He specifically praised the work on the
trim and edges. He said that we got our money’s worth on this job - and
that was without knowing how much we paid. (I don’t believe that building
inspectors make a regular habit of doing this).
We are very impressed by the job that your team did for us. Danny and Bobby
kept us apprised of their progress, and always let us know if there was a little
bump in the road and how to get around it. Our neighbors commented that they
were impressed by how tidy your crew was. They cleaned up the day’s activities
fully before leaving each night (once or twice doing so in the rain). In my opinion,
you should take every reasonable step necessary to keep them under your employ
for as long as possible!
The other contractors said that they could do the job in less time. The other
contractors said that they could do the job for less money. However, we based
our decision on the quality of your work, after examining some of your earlier
jobs and talking with some of your earlier clients, and we couldn't be happier
(I’m enclosing a floppy with some “before” and “after” photos.

I want to take this opportunity
to commend you on the quality work and attention to detail during the recent
improvements to our home. As we discussed during our initial meeting, you were
highly recommended by our neighbors for the same reasons.When we researched vendors
for low-e vinyl windows we found your window supplier carried the most energy-efficient
and durable product available in the area. Your pricing and installation were
also more competitive than the “home stores” for a comparable product.
During our research we were also pleased to discover your window installer was
considered to be one of the best in the business. The new windows have SIGNIFICANTLY
cut down on the thermal loading on the southern exposure of the house and have
made those rooms very comfortable. Combined with the insulating wrap under the
siding, we are anticipating major reductions in our electric bill - not to mention
the reduction in noise. Your entire crew was professionals courteous, patient
and, most importantly, exhibited pride of craftsmanship... and a sense of humor!

I just wanted to write
you to let you know what a wonderful job that your company has done on my house.
It’s hard to believe that it’s the same house. Everyone has been
very professional from you all the way down to the installers. Even when they
started on my house and found all the rotten wood I was very pleased with the
price I was charged to repair and replace the bad wood. The installers cleaned
up after themselves everyday and never left a mess. The quality of the siding
was an A plus and I can already see a difference in how often my AC unit comes
on and cuts off. I’m looking forward to lower electric bills. The money
I spent was well worth the savings I’m going to be getting over the years,
not to mention never having to paint ever again. This has been the best decision
to put siding on my house. Thank you!
